I bought these a month around a month ago and they are nice but, they are a bit finicky. i have to re-dock them a lot to get both earbuds to work. i would like to discuss exchanging them due to the problems im having.

These earbuds are GREAT! They are so comfortable, I forget I’m wearing them when I don’t have music on. They stay on securely too! Great sound. Wonderful when you need to hear what’s going on around you. No one else can hear what you’re listening to. Easy controls too.
They provide good sound (as all Bose products do), but they are awkward to use and don't fit the greatest on your ears.
