Disappointed

Definitely not up to Bose standards. It’s a good concept but poorly done. These need to be adjustable. They don’t fit my ear well and the sound doesn’t get into my ear. The plus is they stay in place. The con is the sound quality and volume are not good. Wore them on a plane yesterday and could not hear music at all over plane noise. Cannot recommend them.

Amazing quality and design!

Purchased these a month ago. Couldn’t wait to use them at my gym, the day they were delivered. Absolutely LOVE them! Once again…Bose has delivered excellent sound quality! You forget you are actually wearing them. The design is amazing. I have really small ear openings, so all earbuds hurt after a while. I replaced my Beats with these, and I will never go back. I wanted something I could wear outside and still be able to hear my surrounding, but also enjoy good sound quality. Bose you are the BEST!

These are nice if your in a quite area but when you are outside, around people or in the public it is very hard to hear who you are talking to on the phone.

Good Hardware bad experience

It's a good product. But the connections drops off very so often which is very annoying, and goes against it's whole point of "uninterrupted listening"

We are sorry to hear that your music is being interrupted by Bluetooth disconnections, Bluetooth range is about 33' (10 m). This range can be reduced by obstacles (i.e. walls, doors, pockets, nearby Bluetooth devices, etc.). Try moving the device and product closer together.

Appearance, style, lightness, and comfort

I bought this about 3 weeks ago I am happy with the appearance, style, lightness, color of the earbuds.
The features that I am not happy about are the level of loudness and the noise cancelling. It is not loud enough like my quiet comfort and other Bose earbuds I had in the past. I only buy Bose headsets and speakers, but the Ultra Noise is my least favorite. I can hear the noise around when I have it on in the gym. A lot of noises on the end of the caller, according to them it was very sensitive, and they could hear all the noises around. I hate to return it as it is very comfortable and stays especially when I am running.
I am thinking of returning this.
