It's so light that you don't notice it at all even when you're wearing it. The sound quality is as expected from Bose. All I can say is that they are amazing, even though they are truly open-ear earphones. I used to use various open-ear earphones because insert-type earphones caused infections inside my ears, but I finally found some good earphones. I can't let go of this anymore.
It does not fall out of my ear. That is a miracle on its own. I have small ears and have had issues with finding a good earphone that fits well. Finally found one.
I just had it for a couple of week, it perfectly awesome until yesterday that when somebody is calling, I can't hear the other end. But when I'm going thru YouTube no problem. It is not connecting the headset on the calling or receiving call.

Hi Ema,
It's great that you are enjoying the earbuds while watching Youtube. It is surprising that you aren't getting call audio through your earbuds.
I'd recommend checking your phones settings to make sure calls are set to go through Bluetooth headsets. If the phone isn't set to use Bluetooth headsets for calls, then call audio will be routed to the speaker of the phone.

Loses connection to Galaxy s22 ultra once in a while maybe 1-3 times a week. Sound is great, good nattery life, and very comfortable and convenient in a environment where people are constantly approaching you to talk. A bit expensive though, the plastic and silicon makes it feel a bit cheap, also low waterproof rating feels bad.
I bought this 2 weeks ago and I have tried to use it many a times. It works great for listening music/videos with the immersion on& off mode. My biggest problem is phone calls are not going well. People are telling me that the sound is not clear to them. So, it’s disappointing and I want to return it.

Hello,
Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the Ultra Open Earbuds. It's fantastic to hear you were impressed with the sound quality of the buds, but I'm sorry to hear you've had difficulties with phone calls.
Firmware update 4.0.22 was released to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance, via improved voice pickup. Try installing this update (or later) via the Bose app, and see if the issue improves.
Positioning of the buds is also important to ensure optimum microphone pickup. This link will give you guidance on how to position the buds well: https://support.bose.com/s/display-articles?productId=01t8c00000OlcI5AAJ&articleId=ka08c000001pWLKAA2&language=en_US.

I brought these late April And was looking at theme for a while. These earphones are not what I really expected and definitely not noise canceling. The spacial audio is ok not my favorite. So if you like a louder headphone I would not suggest these. However I will say the design is great and very comfortable.

Thanks for your review. By design, the Open Earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise cancellation, so you can enjoy your music while staying open to the sounds of the world around you. They do have an automatic volume control feature, available in the Bose Music app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back.
Sound And Fit Were Fantastic! But Mine Had Issues.

Had it for about two weeks and ended up returning them. The sound is fantastic! Loved that about these earbuds and how they stayed put when wearing them. My concern was how sound doesn't immediately upon starting them up and would play sound a second after you hit play. Then I had various times where they would disconnect from the Bluetooth on their own and would take a minute to reconnect. At times it sounded staticky. For the cost, these didn't seem worth it with these issues. Made me think they weren't going to last. If not for that I would've kept them.
