Room for a little improvement!!

I feel there should be a way to have the music funneled toward the ear canal. I barely hear my music. I won’t return them because the concept is great. I was in a running event and I saw where a runner couldn't hear a runner shouting “passing left” so the slower runner should move to the right. The faster runner had to jump the curb because the slow runner couldn’t hear what was going on because of the ear buds they had on. Wish you made a short extension piece, just to get the music closer to the ear canal without touching. Maybe about 1/8 coned adapter extension would be wonderful. I’m loosing to much of my music. Hope you can develop something. The coned thinking is to direct the music. Trust me it won’t block surrounding sounds.

At first everything was good but I keep having a problem with the left pod paring. It said it's pared but no sound comes out the right works great. Battery level on both 100 and still can't hear the left I have to un pair and pair again

I bought this a few weeks ago- quality of sound is great but it’s not good to use for talking on the phone. Person on the line cannot hear you.

It's great that you love the sound from the earbuds! If you're not being heard clearly on calls, make sure you've installed the latest firmware update. Bose has released update 4.0.22 (and later) to improve the customer's experience on calls.

Amazing sound quality but even more amazing is that you can listen to your music and still hear and interact with the world around you. Only downside is battery life between charges... about 4 hours.

Got these few weeks ago and not happy at all. Expected way better sound quality and without the noise cancellation these are basically headphones you can buy from a gas station. Not worth the money at all better off with quiet comfort paid. These are a waste of money

I love the fit and comfort but you can hear outside noise too much. They need to be like the AirPods on that matter. It’s distracting when using my watch.
