I got these a few weeks ago to wear on walks so that I could hear traffic etc. They are brilliant. Sound is excellent. These earbuds are the most stable earbuds in my ear that I have ever tried. I can’t even shake them off. Well worth the purchase.
I purchased these approximately a month ago, and actually the sound is not of what I expected from Bose speakers and their quality of base that they usually produce in such a small enclosure. Not to mention not even do they give you the extreme bass and clarity of sound that Bose is known for, also they don’t have a lot of volume to them.

I bought this for my office job to take calls and listen to music. The audio is great and but lacks bass so you can hear your surroundings. They do adjust around the ear but you have to find the right part of the ear to get the best audio. Otherwise it will sound like you are listening thru another persons earphone. Overall they are a great product and the 5th star wasnt given because I feel that the audio piece can be extended a little more to get better audio.
I bought them online and they arrived with audio failures, plus the product warranty was very easy to request, the bad thing is that I've been waiting for a long time

I received my replacement earbuds but the left buds is not working

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Bose Ultra Open earbuds replacement. If the status light for an earbud does not light up, the earbud may be out of charge or may not be contacting the charging pins in the case. Be sure the three charging points on the barrel of the earbuds are facing downward and the three charging pins are protruding upward out of the case. Alternatively, please do reach out to our Bose social media team for further troubleshooting assistance.
I bought these for my birthday. The left ear doesn't really work and the app makes me give up any privacy. Ugh. I will be returning these.
