I did Buy My Bose a while ago!! I do enjoy them very much!!! Sound Quality is Class Leading!!! 1) Please Fix the Phone call quality as it really Needs serious improvement!!! Call noise in the background on the other end needs to be enhanced. 2)Add True Multipoint capabilities!! 3)It must compete with he other open ear earbuds with those 2 features 4)Add Wireless Charging!!!
I was a bit hesitant to buy these because of the price and the fact that I already own the Quiet Comfort earbuds. I bought them because I easily get ear fatigue, and I could not be more pleased. They are not perfect. I have had a couple connectivity hiccups, nothing major, and people on the other end of a phone call had a hard time hearing me. That being said, they can't be beat if you're like me and want to do yardwork in the summer without your sweaty earbuds either making your ears hurt or falling off. I have done my gym routine with them, and gave them a vigorous few head shakes without them falling off. The sound quality is excellent, as you would expect from Bose. Looking forward to to plane rides without sore ears!
I watch many of the reviews and was looking for something with open ear. All the reviews say they're good as far as sound quality, I would rate them great as far as sound quality for an open ear bud.
I was so excited for an earbud that was't in my ear, but these have been a massive disappointment. They are hard to hear, it is nearly impossible for me to be heard on a phone call unless I shout, which is not ideal in a n office setting, they cut off randomly and what ever I am listening to begins blaring (again not ideal in an office setting) and they are terribly uncomfortable.

Hello,
Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the Ultra Open Earbuds.
I'm sorry to learn they haven't lived up to your expectations. With regard to sound and calls, firmware update 4.0.22 has been released, to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance via improved voice pickup. Try installing this update (or later) via the Bose app, and see if the issue improves.
Also, check the placement on your ears; if the buds are too high up and the microphone is angled away from the mouth, this could explain why you are not hearing the audio well and why callers cannot hear you. Try adjusting the positioning of the buds to see if you notice a change.
If you continue to have problems, please do not hesitate to get in touch. https://bose.life/3ET4mCs
