I’ve used these on 12 outdoor runs now and I’m really enjoying them. Great sound quality while still be able to hear what’s around me.
They do feel different and it takes some getting used to but overall very comfortable however I do not like wearing sunglasses at the same time while running as it makes it feel like too much weight on my ears.
The battery life seems to last a really long time. I’ve never liked my in ear pods from Apple, always hurt my ears and would fall out. With these, I do not have to readjust them while I’m on my run!
I gave it 4 stars and not 5 only because it’s annoying having to buy a separate case for wireless charging.
I have had these for almost month now and really enjoy them. I do not like ear buds or anything that goes in my ears. I have the previous open ear headphones also and really enjoyed them but these are more comfortable.

I bought this about two weeks ago with a very good music sound quality but callers at the receiving end of my voice complained of shouting and intense noise at the my background. This product seemed not to have noise cancellation and it is a great challenge to me because I work in noisy environments.

You are correct, these buds do not feature noise cancellation, however they do have an automatic volume control feature, accessible in the Bose Music app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back. But in very noisy environments where noise cancelling is helpful, traditional earbuds such as the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds could be a better choice.
As for making phone calls, Bose has released firmware update 4.0.22 (or newer) to improve the customer’s experience. Try installing the latest firmware, and see if your experience on calls improves.

I wish the fit was a lot better... It is very uncomfortable and doesn't seem as secure in the ear . Also the sound seems so distant due to the fit...

Indeed, with these remarkable hearing open ear buds, my auditory capabilities have been significantly enhanced, allowing me to perceive sounds with exceptional clarity and precision. They are truly a marvel of modern technology.
I have been using these for about two weeks now and I love them. I don't believe these are for everyone but I use mine for exercise mainly because I can never get a good fit on any in ear buds. These fit is so comfortable and I always have to keep an ear out for things around the house so I can enjoy my music and not miss out on anything.
