The fit was perfect but the sound was awful try turning up 4 more volume couldn't get any more volume. If it had more volume it would be a great product

I've had these for a month .
Instead of fitting into the ear canal they hook into you ear. These are so comfortable that I have forgotten they are there. I listen to audio books an music all the time. No problem with falling out as I am doing yard work , etc. Necause they are small my ears/head does not over heat on long business meetings. Of course sound quality is amazing.

Sick & Tired of ALL These BOSE ULTRA Open Ear ADVERTISEMENTS ALWAYS CLAIMING: "YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU ARE WEARING THEM"!!!! THATS A BLATANT LIE!!!! THEY PINCH AFTER A WHILE, JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHERS DO!!!! AND MORE IMPORTANTLY. "YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU ARE WEARING THEM AT FIRST AND FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, THATS WHY I BOUGHT MY 1ST PAIR...BUT THEY NEVER ALSO SAID..."YOU CANT TELL IF THEY FALL FROM YOUR EARS, TOO"!!!! THIS IS NOW MY 2ND PAIR, AFTER ONLY 8 DAYS OF MY 1ST PAIR, ONE FELL, WHEN I WAS ONLY AWAITING A CALL...NOT LISTENING TO MUSIC WHILE ONLY WALKING...YET, *(ONE FELL AND I NEVER FOUND IT, NOR HAVE I ANY WAY TO REPLACE IT, ANYTIME SOON)*!! *(BOSE CONNECT APP SUGGESTED I USE THE BOSE MUSIC APP, When I First Connected to IT - So NO LAST PLACE CONNECTED TRACED NEITHER)*!!!!

Product is great. I can't use normal ear buds for some weird reason and these are great. My only complaint is they lag a bit on the Bluetooth when streaming various forms of media. If they didn't have that slight bit of lag it woulda been 5 stars.

Worth the money

I bought please a few months ago and I love the sound. This is my first pair of Bose earbuds. I'm very happy with them. I'm looking into ordering a backup pair. So when one is charging, I have another pair to listen to.

I bought it a month ago. Quality and sounds are good but it isn't supported multi device automatically. I always change it manually between cellphone and ipad.

I have never been able to wear earbuds; not sure if it's just my super-small ear canals, or something more. I've been keeping an eye on the availability of SOMETHING that would work for me, while delivering high quality audio. I was so excited when I saw that Bose had developed these earbuds that don't have to go into my ear. Bit the bullet ($$$) and bought them. I LOVE them. I can wear them all day, whether I'm listening to music or not. The batter lasts pretty long, and I have the charging case, so it's easy to recharge when not plugged in. The silicone charging case itself is the only thing I'd consider dropping stars for, as the part that goes over the "lid" of the hard case doesn't stay put, so it just kind of flaps in back much of the time. I can deal with that. I'm so happy with this purchase that I've ordered a pair for my husband!

Top Notch Technology...best buds I've own so far. Comfortable to the point you forget you have them on. You can switch devices seamlessly and the immersive sound modes are unique. Worth every cent!
