Great features

I’ve had these buds for a while now, and have been enjoying every second of use. They’ve got great sound, great battery life, and are pretty sturdy despite their appearance.

Needs some firmware updates.

I've had these for a few months and overall am pleases. Pros - I like how they don't plug my ears and the sound is great.
However, the 2 issues I have with them really hurt the experience. When using them for phone calls on my Galaxy S24 Ultra, people have a hard time hearing me speak. About 50% of the calls I jump on, I am forced to disconnect them and hold my phone to my ear like a caveman. The other issue is that randomly, 1 earbud (random which one) will occasionally just stop working so I have to put it on the case, close the case, open it and hope the software picks it back up again so it's start to work.

Great earbuds

Typical Bose product. Great sound and holds a charge very well. Comfortable to wear long term. I wear them 7-8 hours in a row without any discomfort, although they need to recharge about 5 hours in. That takes 20-30 minutes tops. This is my sixth set of Bose headphones/earbuds and I have no complaints.

Solid headphones mic needs work

I appreciate the subtle design of the headphones. Sound quality is what I have come to expect from the Bose brand and the headphones feel comfortable even during extended use. The microphone does leave something to be desired. I've tried with multiple devices and the consistent comment I receive during phone calls is that to the listener it sounds as if I'm speaking away from the phone. I generally avoid using the headphones if I'm taking a phone call which limits usability.

My husband is the one who told me about the Bose. Big mistake on his part, I freaking love my Bose. I have been looking and buying earbuds trying to find something comfortable, that stayed put when I am using them and have great sound quality. Bose has succeeded in all that. The only complaint I have is they can't charge magneticly. Small complaint in the over all scheme of things and it isn't stopping me from considering getting another pair.

Different in a good way

I love these earbuds. They sound great and still let me hear the environment around me. In-ear buds block a lot of ambient sounds you may need when someone talks to you or you're outside. Yes, they are different. Yes, they can let ambient sound in, but there are many times during the day when I need to hear what's around me. I wish they were waterproof. The engineering is incredible.
