The comfort level is excellent the issues that concerns me most is the phone audio and the static sounds that occurs often. These headphones as they stand are decent for listening to music. I am a long time Bose user they have there work cut out, but it can be done.

Been using them for a few weeks and they are my favorite earphones I have Ever had.
Amazing sound beyond comfortable and ideal for what I do.
I’m a delivery driver and go in and out of my truck, in and out of buildings and the functionality of Bluetooth, battery life (Amazing!), open ear to be aware of what’s around you, Spatial Audio that works with movement is the best you can get. Hands Down.

Just okay

I like the sound quality and the way they fit my ears comfortably and don’t fall out like my Apple AirPods do. I also like that they are not noise canceling as I use them when I am out walking and need to hear what is going on around me.
What I don’t like. I cannot use these to talk on the phone. The person I am speaking with cannot hear me well due to noise around me. Super annoying.
Also-I seem to have issues with one earbud randomly going in and out. And occasionally I have issues having earbuds connect to my iPhone. I have to say that for the price and the Bose name, I am not super impressed

Great for music, not for conversation

Great when you want to listen to music hands free. You can hear it clearly and still be more aware of your surroundings, but not as well when having a conversation. It’s not as clear when talking on the phone especially if you are outside.

I love how these don’t have to go inside of my ears. They fit very nicely and comfortable. Sound is good really nothing bad to say.
