Not so great for large ears

I purchased these about a month ago and it didn’t fit my ears very well. They were too small with no way to stretch them for us with large ears then the average person. If their was a way to modify with strtchable at attachments they would be great.
I bought this amazing device more than a month ago from authorized seller in Indonesia. I am super glad that I bought this. It never fails me since day one I clip them on to my ears. I wear them on daily, morning and evening, Monday to Friday when I commute in LRT to/from work. This device worths every penny.
These earbuds solve all the problems I have with all other headphones types, which has been revolutionary for me. But the lack of certain features for the price is very disappointing.
To elaborate: I have extremely narrow ear canals and in-ear style earbuds just don't fit, period. Even with the smallest tips, I experience a lot of discomfort and cannot wear them long. Over-ear headphones are better, but impractical for most activities. I've tried bone conduction, but they really only work while I'm exercising, as I find the buzzing against my temples bothersome if I'm on a quiet room. I like being able to hear the world around me, so noise cancelling is not a feature I care about. I tried some other types of open ear headphones, like the new shokz, but the over the ear style hurt after a while.
To be clear, I own or have tried: air pods pro, pixel buds pro, shokz openrun bone conduction, Shokz openfit air, Bose QC35, and Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones.
These Bose Open Earbuds are perfect! Super comfortable, great sound, they keep my ear canals open and dry, and I can happily wear them for several hours at work. The fact that they look more like jewelry than an electronic device is a definite bonus. If someone comes up to me I just pause the music and talk with them. They never even notice I am wearing earbuds. It makes me feel more approachable.
But here is the downside, and why I dropped a star: they are buggy. They constantly disappear from the Bose headphones app on my phone (even while still playing music). I never know how much battery is in the case- the app doesn't tell you (my pixel buds and apple airpods both tell you the case battery life). The case doesn't charge wirelessly.
For the extremely high price, I expected more.
They would have lost a second star, but the recent update did allow for connecting to two devices at once, so that saved them. Here's hoping Bose continues to release updates that improves connectivity, and allows us to see how much battery is left in the case.
I bought these back in March and I absolutely love them. The battery life is purely amazing. Although when it comes to being in a noise place and having that feature of hearing everything, it doesn’t work as well as I was expecting.
As a college student with ear problems, these are nearly the perfect pair of earbuds for me. The open design allows my ears to breathe and fits comfortably on the lobe of my ear without falling off. (I have done vigorous shaking and headbanging tests on them and THEY DID NOT MOVE.) The bass is really nice and the sound is immersive despite not providing any noise canceling. Also, I can hear everything around me which makes it easy to walk around campus safely with them on. My only concern is that mine will randomly disconnect from my devices out of nowhere and I’m not sure why.
