Perfect!

I have tried 3 different earbuds. Apple, Raycon and Bose. I don’t know why I ever thought someone else could beat Bose.
I love these open air earbuds. They work perfectly everyday. Charge fast. Beautiful sound with both audiobooks and streaming music. I love them. My third Bose product since 2010. All still going strong.

I'm happy with my bose ultra open earbuds; they are comfortable and don't fall out. They have good sound, although some external noise does leak in because of their open design.

I bought these because the Samsung live buds are no longer manufactured. I liked the open ear concept but I also liked the fit. Unfortunately the only downfall I have is that when I am on a phone call it is very hard for people to hear me. People say it sounds like I am far away and they can hear a lot of my background noise which with my Live buds that was never an issue. For as much as I use them to make phone calls I am really thinking about returning these as they would not be good for the gym which is where I took my Live buds and brought these to work.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have two microphones in each earbud, and properly wearing them can greatly improve call quality performance. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

I bought the open version to avoid having something in ears all the time. Used these for about 20 days and they worked well. I sometime forgot I had them on my ear.

Battery issues

After a week they have started dying while playing music as quickly as 2 hours.

Disappointing overall.

I purchased my Bose open earbuds about a month ago and the experience is an overall disappointment.
On the plus side, the sound quality is great, particularly when listening to music
Also positive is that they are extremely comfortable to wear even if they are a bit clumsy to put on and situate correctly.
On the down side
1) the microphone is very poor and every ambient sound affects it. People cannot hear me much of the time or it fades in and out. I have to be completely stationary in a quiet room for them to work. I mostly have to switch to my speaker on the phone. I would not have purchased these had I known it would be this bad
2) a charge does not last the whole day. They quit about 9 hours into the day.
Those are the primary things and they are truly annoying. I cannot recommend the product except to listen to podcasts and music.

Excellent sound and comfort

When I bought the Ultra Earbuds from Bose, I was a little apprehensive about the sound quality. Being open the way they are I thought it would make the sound less clear than my quiet comfort buds.
Bose came through again with fantastic sound in a very comfortable fit.
