I've had the Open Earbuds for a couple of months, and they are amazing. I wear them at work so I can listen to music while I work and still interact with my boss when needed.

Great Design, poor connection issues.

Everything about the sound, the design, and all of the features is spot on! I am however very disappointed because these will not connect to my Samsung TV! I will admit, the TV is a 2016 model...bur, ALL of my other earbuds, headphones, connect but not these. I am trying to decide if I will keep, or return

These earbuds aren't primarily designed to be connected to a TV, however they should connect if your TV supports Bluetooth 5.3 (backwards-compatible). If you have access to a newer TV, you could run a test there as well, to compare results. Our support team will be happy to answer any further questions you have about your earbuds. Recently purchased my open ear buds and I love them! First of all the shipping was super quick. I received them a day early. The packing was very well protected. I love these open ear buds. The sound quality is awesome. Perfect for what I need it for. Not too loud which is what I was needing to protect my hearing. I can hear what's around me for my safety but still enjoying an awesome music sound! I can change the sound quality on the app to my liking and much more! I highly recommend this product! Well worth the money!

I bought this for my daughter about a month ago and she loves it. Music, but able to hear her surroundings. Her only wish is that I bought black so she could hide it in class. Smh

Comfortable to wear and Great sound!

I bought the Bose Open Air ear buds because I cannot stand to have things in my ears. These fit the bill perfectly. They are comfortable to wear and they sound great too.

They are just ok

I’ve had these for a few months and have had several issues. They are finicky in the charger and sometimes don’t want to charge. Occasionally they aren’t synced together and audio on one ear is off from the other. They also on occasion have static and broken sound. I would have expected a lot more from Bose especially for what they cost.

Hi there,
It is odd that you've been having trouble with the audio syncing, and charging. I'd recommend double checking that you have removed the small plastic protector inside the case completely. If the plastic protector has shifted, then it may be partially blocking the charging pins from making complete contact with the earbuds. This can affect the earbuds ability to turn off and charge when in the case, which can affect syncing.

I walk almost 2-3 times a week for 2 miles around the neighborhood block. I use the bose Open Earbud Ultra during my workouts, and i have say that this device is one of my greatest investments. The sound is excellent while it allows me to be aware of the surrounding noise (cars….etc). I am very happy to have this as part of my work out.
