Good for sound, not good to speak/ make calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate leaving such a bad review because I love Bose and their products but I have to be honest about this one. I have owned a pair of Bose earbuds in the past and I had a slight issue with it so I had to trade them in for these since the ones I had have been discontinued . I will admit the sound quality on these are amazing and they're super comfortable to the point where I can watch a movie for several hours and even forget I have them on. However.....
when it comes to making a phone call, they suck . many times I have had people tell me I sound very far away or they cannot hear me at all. it has gone to the point whenever I need to make a phone call I have to disconnect them. I thought people were exaggerating until I called a number where you can hear your own sound when you speak and I was in disbelief of how bad the microphone is . I tried everything from cleaning them to doing a warranty exchange and the results has been the same. I looked up online and so many other reviews of people having the same problem with these earbuds. I would not recommend anybody to get them if you want to use them for a phone call. However if you just want to use them for listening to music or watching something on your device the sound quality is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these but they didn’t fit my ears well , although everything else was of the usual Bose excellence. For some reason I could never get a comfortable fit and could only wear them for very very short periods and they never stayed put. My one and only disappointment in a Bose product.

Great Sound and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my go-to earbuds. I own a number of Bose earbuds but my go to earbuds for everyday use are the Ultra Open Earbuds. It took a little while to get used to the pressure on the ear but once past that they're pretty comfortable. The Immersive audio is great. I know most people like the "motion" setting which mimics listening with stereo headphones where the sound source is relative to whichever way you turn, but I like the still setting where the source remains in one physical location while you move around, sort of like being at a concert or club. The sound quality is great. And being open earbuds I can still hear everything going on around me.

connection issues

Astonishing sound with comfort fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable with astonishing sound quality. So many earbuds do not fit right, fall out or are just uncomfortable but not these Bose Ultra Open Ear Buds. They stay in place, do not block my ears but deliver premium sound. LOVE them,

I was blown away at how they’d fit feel like on the ear. After a couple of minutes you can’t even tell they’re there. Comfortable enough where you don’t get ear fatigue. And the sound… THE SOUND!! The sound was amazing. You get enough sound coming out but still are able to hear the world. Great purchase.
