[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please don’t buy, the phone call come in broken and hard to hear. Great idea poor execution. Second set of sports headphones that didn’t work or the buttons fall off or the plastic peels off.

It's also a good idea to ensure you are close to the smartphone the buds are paired to to ensure a good Bluetooth signal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Ultra Open Earbuds! Super light and they deliver the quality you expect from a Bose product. Seem durable and charge quickly. I use them during my workout as well as during work hours. The ability to have music and still hear everything around me is what I have been looking for! Highly recommend.

I love the fit, not happy with loudness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased my Bose open style earphones last week and I really enjoy them to a point where I forget I’m even wearing them which is great because my last earbuds hurting the inside of my ear. The only thing I do not like is how they do not integrate with Apple like my last beat in, and there is a bit and slight delay to the connection between my phone and the Ear clips. I am also not happy with the sound, meaning I do not like that. They are not loud enough and I do not like that. There is no way to get background noise to go away. It is sad to know that the out side sounds are louder than my bose ear clips are hard to hear with outside noises.

Good but not worth anything above $200

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the sound quality. The unique design is top tier. However, the call quality and the response time for the buttons are terrible. I'm realizing those are a persistent issue with all your products. Definitely would buy them at the $120 price range. Not worth the price they're at currently. Had to return them.
