I purchased them to compare to the open fit shokz. In my opinion the shokz have better call quality especially the volume level. Although the music quality and overall fit the Bose has a slight edge. I expected more at this price point. Innovation hands done Bose wins.

One of the best earbuds I ever had

Fast charging and last very long compared to other earbuds that I’ve had in the past Apple earbuds I really like the volume that is not extremely high, but the quality of sound is awesome. Very comfortable. Almost don’t notice you have them in your ears for eight hours at work.

Outstanding, comfortable, full sounding earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bose ultra earbuds about three weeks ago and overall, I’m very happy with them. They’re extremely comfortable, and very easy to put on and take off. The connection between the front and back of the earbuds is made of an elastic material so they are never too tight. The quality of the sound is excellent. The highs come through nicely, which usually isn’t a problem for this type of earbud, but what stands out is that the base is nice and full. The only criticism I have is that I wish they were a bit louder. I frequently find myself listening to them at maximum volume. That is the only reason I gave him four stars instead of five. But I have no issue recommending them.

Can't recommend for more than music

Great sound for music. However, I got these to use for work meetings on my laptop and I've been told it's hard to hear me and I sound echo-y. Ditto for using with my iPhone for Facetime; my family actually gets frustrated. Can't recommend if you want to use them for more than music!

Audio is weak. Not as good as other Bose products.

I really wanted to love these as I do all of my other Bose products, but unfortunately the audio is just too weak. When I turn them up, I get the warning on my phone and the audio becomes distorted (and still somewhat weak). Bummer 😞. No where near worth the price sadly.

By design, the Open Earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise cancelling, so if you are using them in a busy environment, the volume might seem low as you will still hear your surroundings. However, they do have an automatic volume control feature, accessible in the Bose app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back. But in very noisy environments where noise cancelling is helpful, traditional earbuds such as the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds could be a better choice.

Overall great sound but case is cheap feeling

I have had these for about a month. I love the design and the sound. Much more comfortable than in ear headphones. Got the new blue color and they look cool. The big negative is the case. It’s pretty standard in terms of design but it feels really cheap for something that costs $300. The lid actually moves back and forth and does not feel sturdy.

Great Earbuds

I have had these for about a month and they are the best earbuds I have ever owned. I have been through many types and brands and have always had a hard time with fit. All ear buds fall out of my ear unless they hooked over the ear. These ones are small, light weight, and stay in position. I have used them all day and multiple days in a row and they do not make my ears hurt. Great product
