I had bought this earlier this month and I’m happy with the intended use. What could have been better is that the charging case could have a charge indicator through the app so I know if I need to charge it or not. Also another feature this could have used is when you lose a earbud. You can hit a find button. This set replaced my Samsung Galaxy Buds and they had all those convenient features. I’m just shocked that Bose didn’t have that.

Bought this a month ago and i used it everyday on my walk i love itthi because it doesn’t get into your ear holes but you hear it loud and clear, and you can still hear what’s going on around you, im glad i got this.
I have had these Bose Open Ear buds for a few weeks now. In short, they are awesome. Finally an earbud I don't have to shove in my ear. Plus, since I wear glasses, I don't have a device getting in the way of either my ear or the glasses arms. A small negative is that if you are in an area where there is a lot of noise, i.e. a gym playing lous music, then these open earbuds definitely let in too much noise. But these I can wear all day and not get fatigue or have the ear hurt. Definitely glad I bought these!
Bought these about 3 weeks ago, still getting acclimated to them, not sure they are for me. I had a lot of static issues with them when I first got them until they got an update! It's the fit that bothers me I'm not used to this type of fitting!
As soon as I got it out of the box, I was already experiencing weird static noises. Volume randomly mutes itself even though it shows that my music is still playing, the ear buds are still connected, and it shows the volume bar of which music should be coming out. To fix this issue, I have to repeatedly put it back in its case and take it back out about 4 to 5 times just to make it fully disconnect since it doesn't connect when I turn off bluetooth which is very annoying. Often times, it tells me its connected to one of my device when it isn't so I have to turn off bluetooth and turn it back on. Sometimes when I have these earbuds in for about 4+ hours, it starts irritating my ears which makes it very uncomfortable. For the price of these earbuds, it is very disappointing.

Hi there, It is odd that you're having trouble with the earbuds out of the box. One thing I would make sure of is that you have removed the small plastic films that are on the inside of the charging case. They are there as part of packaging, and if not removed, they can affect charging and powering off of the earbuds. This can then cause unexpected behavior if the earbuds are remaining connected when inside the case. Please try resetting the earbuds following our instructions here: https://support.bose.com/s/display-articles?productId=01t8c00000OlcI5AAJ&articleId=ka08c000001g59lAAA&language=en_US You can also reach out to us for support, as we'd love to help: https://bose.life/contact
