Listen to music and hear your surroundings also.

These earbuds are fabulous! They are for people who want to hear music and be able to hear their surroundings. I ride bikes with my wife and she talks a lot. Now I can hear what she is saying and occasionally listen to music. Hooray!!!

What could have been..

Have been using them for a few weeks now, and I am not sure I want to keep them. The good- and best thing about them is the comfort quality. I don’t feel a thing and actually forget I have them on. The ok- Music sounds pretty good once you get them on in the best way possible. The bad- and ugly..- using them for phone calls is rough. People on the other end of the call are constantly saying I sound horrible. I keep having to take them off so that people hear me well.
Maybe this technology can be improved upon in future models but this one doesn’t cut it for me. I would have passed on them if I knew about the downsides.

I'm happy to hear you're finding your Ultra Open Earbuds very comfortable to wear, thanks to the feather-light grip around your ear! As you said, experimenting a little with position will also help you get the best out of them when listening to music. If people on calls are having trouble hearing you, make sure you've upgraded to the latest firmware version of the earbuds, as we recently released an update (4.0.22) to improve our customers' call experiences. Also make sure nothing is blocking the mic holes on the earbuds. I give 3 stars, because they are really comfortable, but they don't sound loud, I was disappointed, more from this brand

If you're not getting the volume you'd expect, make sure the volume is turned up enough in your mobile device, and in the app you're using, if applicable. They're not very loud unless you have both buds in, also everyone can hear them. Not the quality I expect from bose.

Great for audio & hearing people talk

I like the fit not having them fall out. The battery life is exceptional still at 100%. Sound immersion mode is beautiful

Comfortable but not worth price

I had such high expectations for these because of brand name and high price. I love how comfortable they are. I don't even feel them and can wear all day. Sound is good but microphone is terrible. Anyone I speak to says I sound far away or like I'm in a bucket. Will have to return them

I have been using these for a few weeks now and after a getting used to them period i am truely impressed with the overall quality. it did take me a while to get used to placing them in my ears, but now i forget i even have them on.
