I bought a couple weeks ago. I don’t like the way they fit and I don’t like the sound. Will probably return them.

These ear buds are the best I’ve ever owned. The sound quality is superb. The freedom of hearing outside noises is fantastic. Definitely would buy again.
The earbuds are very appealing to the eye. When listening to music or watching things on your phone, the sound quality is amazing. When it comes to taking calls, it is very horrible. The other party can sometimes barely hear you unless you’re in a very quiet place.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have two microphones in each earbud, and properly wearing them can greatly improve call quality performance. Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear.

So far I like these a lot. I have hearing aids and these work with those. I.had to take a little more time getting the outer ear Bose in the best position for the best sound.
Not for active user. I lost one ear piece with in a week of occasional wearing and there is no replacement for it. I do not recommend it!
