Neat Item. Sounds Need Improvment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a birthday present and it is a really neat little item. I love that it does not hurt my ears after long duration with them on. The design is really elegant and simple. I like that I am able to block out a lot of the outside noise but still allow me to have a conversation with someone while listening to my music. They are Open Earbuds so if you are looking for Noise Cancellation, this is NOT for you. These are supposed to allow you the ability to hear your surroundings while hearing the music you love. You can block out a fair amount of noise by turning up the volume but this will not cut out all noise. With that being said, the base sound quality needs a lot of improvement. I went into the Bose App on my phone and made adjustments to my ear pieces however the base sound comes in crackly and rough. I can compare them to car speakers you know you have worn down after years of neglect. These are great for podcasts and rock music but if you want to listen to music with rich powerful base beats, these are unfortunately not for you. I may give them another shot if they improve the quality of their sound.

Most comfortable ear buds ever

I usually have to take ear bid out after an hour or so, but not these!! To add to the magnificence of these bud, the feel of surround sound while you listen to anything is nothing short of magical. I always expect excellence from Bose. These blew my expectations out of the water. I am in love.

Can't live without them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are a premium niche product that suited my needs, and in my opinion, is well worth the hefty price tag. The sound quality is of course exceptional, but what is more impressive is how comfortable these are. I often forget that I have them on, and I actually lost them once - which led me to order another pair (fortunately for my wallet I ended up finding them).
I seriously can't live without these anymore, and I'm a huge fan of the brand now. Very much looking forward to see what Bose is cooking next!

Outstanding Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a little bit of trepidation buying these because of some of the reviews I read about open ear buds in general, but all those fears and concerns were baseless. The sound of these are excellent, but the true differentiating factor is their comfort. They’re very secure on your ears, but they are so comfortable that sometimes you forget you have them on. The other aspect of these that I like is that you don’t feel like you were in a tunnel like you do with some earbuds that fit into the ear canal
