Don’t but if you want to use for phone calls

Sound quality is great but I can’t use them to take or make hands free calls on my cell. I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me. I tried the fixes that I found online but they still don’t work. I will be returning and requesting a refund.

Thanks for your review. We are glad to hear you are pleased with the sound quality of your Bose Ultra Open earbuds. Make sure the microphone holes on the inner edges of the earbuds are not blocked. Be sure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned properly on each ear. If the microphone on your product picks up your voice quietly or with added noise that makes it difficult for others to understand you during phone calls with your product, try the following troubleshooting steps here:

Great for some people?

Christmas gift, my ears are small and traditional earbuds fall out, so my husband got me these. They fit nicely, stay on, but don't give the sound I'm used to from Bose. Also, while on a call, it's hard for the person to hear me speak

I'm happy to hear your Ultra Open Earbuds fit nicely and remain secure. Although they don't sit directly in the ear canal, these earbuds are still designed to supply the rich, high-quality Bose sound you're used to, and you can use the Equalizer and Immersive Audio settings in the app to help get the sound you want. If you're having trouble being heard on a call, also make sure your earbuds have the latest firmware, as offered in the app. I hope these suggestions are useful! Best Earbuds on the market!

I truly cannot be happier with my purchase, they are so lightweight and comfortable you completely forget you have them “on” your ears. The sound clarity and quality is the best I have ever experienced. My battery life has exceeded all my expectations and has lasted 3days without plugging them in to charge! Did I mention how adorable they are? Super cute and way more functional than any other brand this far! Thank you Bose for thinking outside of the box!

The sounds is great and I'm still able to hear what people are saying without taking them off. I highly recommend these earbuds especially for your work environment
