[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is great, they are very easy to use, and I loved that you don't have to actually plug in inside your ears.
Unfortunately my first pair stopped working after 2 months. I claim a replacement and the process was easy and fast ( good point). The replacement have been working ok, but I had a issue with one of the earbud that has no battery, not sure why, after charging the case it seems to be working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought they were ok. When I got a phone call it was hard to hear a person talking. I thought the sport open ear buds that went around the ear are a lot better.

Assuming your volume is adequately raised, I'd suggest checking you are wearing them in a manner best suited for the buds. This will ensure you are hearing your calls nice and clear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these while they were on sale. I don't think I'd pay full price for them but that's not to say I am not super happy with the product. These things are awesome. I use them daily. I've always wanted wireless earbuds but never like how the airpods looked and earbuds never really stay secure in my ear. These are great because they clip on to your ear and feel very secure. I also like that I can still hear my surroundings while wearing these. Got a pair for my wife as well, that were also on sale. Product is good at $300, but at the sale price of $229, this is a great product.

The in-ear buds would never stay in my ear during my gym workout or while on the golf range practicing. These earbuds stay in place with any worry. My only complaint is that they do not go over the ear canal enough to get the full sound effect. I can hold the earbud over the canal and have much better quality sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a gift and was so impressed, I bought my husband a pair. We love the fit and the sound quality. The app is super easy to use and the open ear works well as we can hear what we are playing yet still be aware of what is going on around us.
