[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my purchase of this product. I switched to these from regular AirPods and couldn’t be happier. I like the fit and feel of these so much better. My only complaint is that while using Bluetooth there are some delays in the connection and when I’m talking on the phone, the person on the other end says I am quiet overall the sound in the functionality are quite nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to use in and out of the office. The sound quality is typical Bose quality and I would have expected no less. The microphone and speakers do better with minimal external noises. Physical build quality and battery life are pretty good. Would recommend these for use in low noise environments.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a different style of earbuds, not that they're bad or uncomfortable, just different than your average earbuds. You get benefits with this style of buds, like not having to clean ear gunk off of them due to the fact they don't actually go in your ears. They sound great and fit well. Also, because it has 1 push button on each bud, you will have to memorize the controls for volume and skipping songs. Not that difficult to remember. Plenty loud, and well built.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m on my second set in two years after the first ones were replaced under warranty. The pins in the charging case stop extending and making a connection with the ear bud to charge it. Frequently leaves me with one working ear bud. On the plus side, when the battery isn’t charged it lets me hear my surroundings very clearly.
When brand new and functioning properly I do love them though, just wish they weren’t disposable after 6 months.

The charging pins are magnetized to the earbuds, so they automatically snap into place once placed in the charging case, there’s no need to push the earbuds down, as this could damage the pins. If this issue occurs, you may purchase a replacement charging case. Please note that the warranty does not apply to cosmetic damages (such as dents, scratches, or broken plastic on ports) unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. It also does not cover damages caused by accidents, exposure to liquids, misuse, neglect, or other external causes.

Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call.
