Good but needs improvement

Had for a few weeks now and my biggest issue is they don’t have good sound quality on phone calls. Sounds like I’m in a big hall or room. Sounds like I’m off in the distance. Doesn’t matter how much I turn up the volume. Music sound or listening to TV or computer is good. Better than my Powerbeats in that regard. Only reason for 4 stars in durability is because I don’t yet know how these are going to hold up.

I purchased these to wear at work. I work at the Post Office and I can say they are very comfortable BUT they are not very loud.

I bought these earbuds for my sons for the Holidays and they just LOVED them. My one son's girlfriend liked them so much she got a set. So when this new color (plum) came out I had to get me some! The sound quality is fabulous and they are so comfortable!

The Awareness is the big draw

I wear headphones mostly for gaming and music. The best thing about these headphones is that I can hear myself when talking and I don't sound like I'm underwater like with over the ear headphones. They are also very comfortable such that I regularly forget I have them on. I have had to re-pair to my computer a couple times, but it is easy enough.

My issue is that others can hear your music. And the volume is not loud enough even on the loudest.

Due to their design and open factor, if you play your music at full volume you will experience sound leakage. If you opt for a more in-ear design, such as the QuietComfort Earbuds, you won't experience this.
