[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As any Bose product, the sound quality is amazing but what I really love about these earphones is how comfortable they are! They don’t make my ears sore even after a couple of hours of wearing them. Plus, I love how stylish they look (they look like ear cuffs). :)

I also am afraid they are going to fall off, but getting used to how to put them on securely. Do love the full ambience settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is high quality, but there is difficulty with finding proper balance between best sound and comfort. Bluetooth connectivity is less than optimal unfortunately,and multi point connectivity is clunky at best. Solid effort but significant room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago, and it works great except when I'm at work in the warehouse. My background noise drowns out the sound. When I'm on a call I can hear but they can't hear me.
