Worked for 3 weeks.

Everything worked as expected, until today the part that plugs into your phone port became completely separated from the rest of the cord. The USB-C tip was jammed into my phone port and I had to remove it with tweezers. I bought this almost 3 weeks ago and now it's trash, so I'll be trying something else for the replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Usually a good brand, this set stopped working

Within 6 months one earphone stopped working entirely and there was yellowing at the connectors on the cables. Usually this is a good brand and for some reason this set didn’t last! On the good news front - The earpiece is comfortable and has a few different sizes to tailor the fit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good headphones, mic works well and is impressive, I bought it so I can speak on the phone while at a coffee shop or in the gym. I have bluetooth headphones but it doesn't work well for calls as the mic is on the earphones. The JBL's mic is situated close to your mouth so it picks up your voice very well, sound quality is good too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned numerous wired and wireless, none would stay in place. These do stay in place and reduce background noise. To speak with someone the ear buds in they have to be removed to hear. Wire is tangle proof.
