Terrible packaging

The box for the beats themselves came squished and wrecked, thankfully the headphones were okay but I am very unhappy with the handling from best buy that happened that caused the box to get damaged BEFORE it was even packaged.

old beats had better bass

I had to replace my old Beats which were 4 years old. I feel these new ones don't have the same rich sound and warm bass as my previous set

I loved the look of these ear buds, but they were uncomfortable and poorly designed. For example, when you lay on the side of your head, the outer button will be pushed and stop what you are listening to. When they are working, the sound is great and I love the transparency and noise cancelling modes, but my first pair would have crackling sounds at random times that would last for a while. Then I exchanged for a second pair, but these ones would go weirdly quiet and the volume controls wouldn’t work properly.

Worth the purchase

Great quality and sound. Fits well in the ears. They don’t slip off and it has a good mic. Bass has a good bump in it too. Recommend.

The earphones where un usable tried to return and get different ones and qwqqwas total hassle and had to spend more to get decent ones.

Sound quality is great, controls work great, but after 30 days they stop charging, don’t produce sound, and will not connect. Not worth the money Apple charges for them, and the support you get from Apple and the retailer is next to nothing. Horrible product, get something else.

Bought these to replace my apple pods and notice a big difference! The apple ones sounds way better than these! All I hear is highs and no base! A few times only one ear bud connects! Very disappointed! Overrated and overpriced! Wish I bough something else.
