My first experience with Peak Design was a gift from a friend. It was the Canera Clip which I still used. Then I bought the Everyday Backpack V1 which became my favorite camera bag. Now I own 5 backpack of peak design. Each one has a specific usage. I can’t think on any other brand that has such a nice collection. The camera products such as de Clipper, the lense holder, the bracelet holder. Everything is incredible
Sturdy tough materials. Killer design. Major upgrade from the Tortuga bag I’d been using. Didn’t think I’d appreciate all the flexibility with the bag set up, but it’s been super helpful. Would definitely purchase again.
I've been looking for an all purpose bag for a few weeks now. Something modular for my camera equipment, carry on on a plane and travel in general. I am so glad I found this option. I paired this with a wash pouch, small camera cube and a medium packing cube. In one word, amazing!! I'm a customer for life!!
This bag is great, I would give it 4,5 stars, but that wasn’t a choice so five it is. Everything about this bag is great when it comes to design and organizing. My only thing is that I think the straps are too thin when the bag is packed heavy (10kg)
I have owned a lot of bags over the years and I can tell already that this one is the best. The quality materials and thought process in design really shine. It feels good to open. Super easy to get used to and to establish a routine for certain daily use devices. I love the medium and small cubes that I purchased along with the bag. I can easily remove them I need more space. I am a DJ, Photographer and product designer. I can fit everything I need and more in this pack.
Durable, feature/function rich, and stylish travel backpack! Although it is a bit heavy and feels a bit stiff on my back, but it must be the trade off for the durability. I enjoy the bag for most of my trips!
This bag (as with many of the other bags) come packed with features which are common to the other backpack and so moving from an everday backpack to this was a breeze of familiarity. Accordingly, my favourite feature would be the back access zip where it really proves to be discrete and hidden from plain sight - a very important feature for travelling, I'd say. Also, the small hidden zips behind the side compartments were a feature I didn't think I'd use but was really good to keep private things stowed away whilst moving about the city. Decided to couple this with a few packing cubes (one large, one small and a shoe bag) and there was more than sufficient space for other things to go into the bag without expanding it to the fullest capacity.
Definitely a one-pack wonder! Used it for a 15-day trip and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of things I could pack in!
Way back when I got a NF Overhaul which was okay for what I needed but I consistently wanted something a little more user/purpose friendly. After a lot of research I settled on Peak Design & I am super glad I did! The sheer versatility of the bag as well as the way that the ecosystem works together (the packing cubes are perfect!) pushes the PD line above and beyond anything else I have found.
