I bought that bag for many multi day trip I took this year and after a few months it time I gave a proper review. The bag looks great, sleek and elegant, you can carry it without problem in a professional environment. The quality is top and the multiple openings are quite convenient when you wanna access part of your bag (the side opening is a game changer when the bag is tucked in between seats or tight spaces). I am 6'2 and no problem of comfort carrying it for long connections through airports and cities. Well, it was the missing element in my travel gear and it tops now everything.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag! From the roomy and expandable compartments to the way you can access gear from all sides, to the small tucked away zippers for smaller items, this bag checks all of the boxes. Definitely recommend it, both my partner and I have one.
It’s the toughest backpack you’ll own, at a huge cost. This backpack by itself will weigh as much at your normal school back with all the items packed in. Listen, I know it’s a travel bag, but it wont always see use as such things. Traveling with this bag is actually a royal pain because of the weight, once you fill it up with a camera, laptop, cords, chargers, clothings, maybe some snacks. Dang does this get heavy. For being 23 I can manage, but it doesn’t have the same load distribution you would get on a real hiking backpack. So it’s a good carry for strong people, the those who maybe dont know their place in the backpacking world, but you’re more likely better off with something lighter, smaller, and more sustainable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was wanting a flexible backpack that could meet “large bag” size requirements for travel from the UK to European destinations. It needed to be very well made, flexible, easy to carry, and have many packing options/pockets. Initial advice suggested that this bag wouldn’t meet the sizing restrictions of EasyJet the main airline I fly with, but I went ahead to see for myself. I have just completed my first round trip, and my son and I shared the bag, and it easily swallowed up our three day trip packing, and further bag gauge at the airport without a fuss. All my other requirements were met and I was really pleased with my research and the result from the Peak bag.
I've had this for 1.5 years. Overall, I would say I like it. However, I am not a photographer, so it's not ideal for me. It's high-quality and has great organization, but it's a little heavy and it lacks a key tether. I would actually give it three and a half stars if there were half stars available. If I were a photographer, I would give it four to four and a half stars.
Really happy about the bag, quality and feel. It is perfectly adapted to travel with a carry-on as a personal item. According to the use, it can be tight for 'tech' accessories but it can be complemented with a tech pouch in the bag.
I've had this bag for a few years now and it is my go to for work, travel and photography loadout. Fits everything comfortably and organizes really well. It has replaced nearly every other large backpack I own.
Great bag for travel and everyday use (to use it as a secondary bag alongside the cabin suitcase, since it fits easily under the seat). I use it with packing cubes but the camera cubes fit only when expansed... So I did probably a "sacrilege" and did put a camera cube from Wandrd that can fit inside without expanse the bag (25*31*10 cm - Essential plus). Please Peak Design, go create a camera cube that can fit in the 20L travel bag without expanse it :D
