Took this backpack for a week's vacation through Norway. Perfect size fits everything I needed while still being a carry-on size. Perfect for hopping on and off buses and trains through Europe. It was comfortable to wear even while fully packed. The different areas were easily accessible with its numerous zippers.
Perfect, the 30L model just didn't have enough space. The 45L is excellent, with the side access, the extra pockets, and more comfortable straps. It's the best!
A fantastic travel backpack. Perfect for a photo/video camera, personal items, and clothing. It can be taken on board as carry-on luggage, yet it's spacious enough and to fit comfortably on your back. Multiple access points and numerous pockets enhance its features.
I have used my PD 45L Travel Backpack as my main business traveller for 5 years and nothing compares! I can get a whole week in it and still have room for take home gifts for the fam!
Bought the 45L Travel Backpack in Coyote before a 2 week trip in Europe. I have since packed it with new sweaters, jeans, gifts, etc. and the bag still manages to fit everything without the expander. Pockets are extremely well organized and accessible. This is THE best travel backpack. And a lifetime warranty makes the product 100% worth it for the price and quality design. Doesn’t hurt my back too and I am a thin woman with lots of stuff!
Always seem to overpack when traveling, both for business and pleasure. Since purchasing the 45L Travel Backpack, I’ve found it difficult to choose any other type of bag or luggage for my trips. No need to check bags during flights. The biggest advantage, and what I really appreciate most, besides the flexibility of the Travel Backpack, are the zippers. After 2.5 years of constant travel, daily use, and frequent overpacking, the zippers still hold up excellently.
I love the backpack size and portability. One of the reasons I bought it was for the waist and chest load lifters so it doesn’t strain my shoulders. I hate it, there are no buckles. They have metal little hooks and it is really hard to remember where and how to unhook the metal hooks.
I bought this 45L backpack in September 2019 and took it with me to Kenya for a 5 day safari trip. It fit my 100-400mm Fuji lens plus my other camera gear and the rest of recommended safari trip packing list to Masai Mara. The recommended weight is 33 lbs and had to be soft-sided for a bush plane. This bag was everything I expected it to be. It's been my companion on my trips all over Europe and Asia. It's still holding up pretty well.
