The iPad was for my Father, who is in the hospital where we can not see him these days. The iPad was delivered the next day around 8 PM. I required some assistance via ATT online Chat support. Very pleased with the help I got and the individual on the chat. My kids are now able to facetime their Papa in the hospital.
