Pls put 1/2" rings on the spine, not the back cover

Awkward to open! Too wide when laid open! I need a 1/2" ring mini binder holding sheets of this size. But your current.binder doesn't have the rings attached to the spine, but to the back cover. The spine then adds extra width from left to right when laid open. This creates two problems: 1. It's too wide when open. I want to use it as a day planner, and leave it open on my desk, for frequent reference. It takes up too much room on my desk. But most of all, my desk has a cubby hole underneath the desk surface, and above the drawers underneath the desk surface for holding papers. That cubby is perfect for storing the open planner off my desk nd quickly pulling it out, open, for reference. That's how I use it for my monthly planner. But I need a binder for a daily/weekly/monthly paper-backed planner allows for refill letter sheets.. I can't find one that holds sheets this size with 1 /2" rings. I don't need it to hold a large volume of pages. But if you did want to provide that option, please make this with D-rings, instead of attaching the rings to the back of the bunder and then adding that extra width of the spine. 2. That extra width of the spine makes it awkward and inconvenient to open and close each time. It doesn't open and close as smoothly and conveniently as a normal, regular, rigid-cover binder does, that has the rings attached to the spine and not to the back cover. . Please make a binder that holds this size of sheets, 8.5" x 5.5", with 1/2 rings attached to the spine. The rings can either be round or D-ring, but must be 1/2". This allows for more writing room and wider columns on the page of a calendar in a planner. . I would add photos but the app wasn't allowing me to in that section. Please let me know of another way I can submit photos to clarify. If you have an email you can provide to do so, that would be great. I'm now trying again to add photos. I bought a binder similar to hours, but it, too, was too wide for the desk cubby, for the same reason. : rings attached to the back cover, not the spine. I called the store and asked them to measure hour binder when open, again, for me, and it was too wide for this cubby, which is
