Huge improvement over previous models

This is one of my favorite purchases. This unit is much smaller, quieter, and efficient than previous models from LG. Most importantly it keeps the room cool because it uses a better refrigerant. The slat to exhaust hot air out the window takes up almost none of the window now. The unit pauses when it reaches the desired temperature, old units ran continuously with fan on 24/7. The louvres stay open so that the unit doesn't get mold like older models. The remote is small and easy to use. The only complaint I have is that the buttons on the unit are now touch sensitive instead of physical buttons so it is not as responsive or easy to use. For some reason the buttons just don't respond to my finger or they have a delayed response.

Soaks Everything

This AC is genuinely a piece of junk. I have to drain water from it every 15 minutes just for it to soak my floor anyways. I’ve emptied almost two liters in the last half hour and instead of just cooling my room it’s soaked my carpet too.
