I am using this product since last 5 years. I always change it as per their recommendation (every 90 days). I have kids i the home and no problem in air quality.

great for pet owners

With three long hair cats, we need a furnace filter that traps pet dander and dust from cat litter. After three months of use, the white filter is gray with what it has trapped. I would never go for the cheaper and, more importantly, less effective. My one request is that the cardboard frame be made a bit sturdier to hold up getting it in and out of the filter slot.

Air feels cleaner - no more sneezing at home!

I bought this filter to use in my PTAC wall unit - basically had to cut it a bit because my filter size is not a standard size but boy does this filter catch a lot. In only 2 weeks there is a lot of gray color (dirt and dust) building up already but best of all, no more sneezing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Over the years I have used many filters and have used this for the last three years. It captures MUCH more than any filter I have used in the past so the house is much cleaner and fresher.

Great Product

We have hot air furnace and my spouse has asthma both don’t go together. Since we had changed from using an off brand air filter to a Filtrete 1085 Micro Allergen Extra filter has reduced the dust substantial and my spouse feels more comfortable. Also even though the Filtrete filter cost a little more than the off brand I am saving because they last up to 3 months and don’t have to change them every month.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This filter does a great job cleaning the air without bogging down the furnace by restricting air flow. I have been using these for years and could not be happier. A well made product that does what it claims.
