Highly disappointed and frustrated with purchase

I have purchased zerowater dispenser along with 2 filters and have been using for 60 days. Within 60 days of usage the filtered water is giving rotten meat smell. In Normal tap water I'm not getting that smell, but when it goes through zero water Culligan filter I'm getting this rotten meat smell.
keeping lot of trust on this device I have ordered additional filters for this device but its not lasting longer even for 30 days. If that is the case I can simply purchase a 5 gallon water jug instead of this which gives more value for the purchase.
Its Really frustrating and I'm highly disappointed with purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be.
In order to avoid a change in the taste or smell of the water it is important to test the water regularly as recommended and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.

I bought the largest water filter they have and I absolutely love it. You can tell the water is fresh and clean and you’re not getting all the nasty stuff most people have in their water. I love the filters, they work so good plus the water checker if part of the outside so you don’t have to look for it’s attached so you check your water anytime you’d like. Clean water water water will stop kidneys from getting stones plus the kidneys from getting infected. If you check your tap water you’ll find so much junk then test your filtered water it will shock you how different it is.
