I was really hoping to find a coffee that was mild, smooth, with no after or bitter taste, but unfortunately, this did not live up to majority of the reviews or its name. It had an off, almost burnt-like, bitter after taste to it. Not for me, but others may enjoy it.

I prefer light roast coffees and tend to order almost all in light roast. Bou Yah has body and tastes good despite being light. Most people say I'm not really a true coffee lover because I stay away from the darker, heavier roasts. If so, than, ok! Whatever. Bou Yah is really a smooth brew with a little kick to it.
