Awful aftertaste

I grew up drinking Swiss Miss Chocolate and I love everything caramel so this was a dream combination for me. I’ve tried it 3 times now, I simply do not care for this. Whatever sweetener is in it leaves a lingering aftertaste, overall it’s a very artificial flavor I don’t get a rich a chocolate flavor and I don’t get the caramel at all. Really disappointed with this product so much so that it discouraged me from trying the other hot chocolate options. I’ve opted for 4 teas on my next shipment instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
