For number 1 after 3 weeks of calling everyday to see where my coffee is. I ended up having to change order and get Sumatra coffee instead of French roast. It took so long and dealing with you to get an order. Finally after the last person of talking to and changing type of coffee I got a person that got me some coffee. This is the very worst service that I have ever had. Now I’m going to have to order the French roast so I can get what I like
