My favorite coffee was dark Kona and still love it but the cost has gone through the roof with the plant sickness that has destroyed so much of Kona's crops. I still buy a little once or twice a year but when I found Peers I found one for my everyday consumption. It is darn good strong coffee.
I never thought I'd use K-cups. As a self-avowed coffee snob, I was convinced great coffee only came from fresh beans ground daily. But it is definitely possible to have that same flavor without the mess. I'll still grind beans when making multiple cups at once, but it's nice to have coffee for one (or even two) with so much less effort.
The French roast is rich and bold and if you like dark flavorful coffee, this is the one for you. I was given the coffee as a gift for my honest opinion. It rocks
