I found it to be the most comfortable for me in the store and I really liked how it helped me sit up straight with it's lumbar support. However by hour four on my first day in it (with a few breaks) my butt was hurting. I tried re-adjusting things and even got my work's ergonomics person on the phone to make sure I was setup well but by the middle of day two I was bringing the chair back. Went with the tempur-pedic chair but wish I could combine the seat of the tempur-pedic with the back of the TM-1500

This chair ticks all the boxes- the seat height adjustment is excellent and the seat also extends so that it isn't hitting me in the middle of my thighs. The arms adjust up and down- so I can get close enough to my desk without the arms hitting the edge of the desk.
