We bought this chair after we sat in the chairs at Staples (not wanting to buy a chair without sitting in it). The one in the store was great and worked for someone 5' tall- but the chair that was sent out sat much higher and I could not use. It may work for a taller person- but it would help if the chairs in the stores were the same as the ones that are sent to the customer!

This chair fits my back perfectly. i have a super dip in my lower back which means many chairs don't work for me because they lack lumbar support. This chair fits like it was made for me . I can't be happier! i love the fact that it is easily adjustable in many aspects the arm adjustments were key for me and probably why this chair ia a higher price point but its worth it if you're going to be in a chair for hrs.

Lumbar support not good

The mesh in the lumbar support section folds in on itself when I set in the chair. As a result it creates abnormal bulges that are very uncomfortable. I'm hoping that it is just defective and can be repaired. I know it can't be returned. If I had it to do over again I would not buy this chair.
