Purchase last week. The chair is very comfortable but control at the lower back is not flexilbe. It gets settled at one position and difficult to adjust.

Everything about this purchase went well. It was easy to locate item online and purchase. The price was reasonable. The chair was delivered the next day! The only thing I would change is that I would have had it assembled if that is an option. Assembly was pretty easy accept some of the parts are heavy. And given that I got the chair because of a bad back that was not good. Otherwise Staples met my expectations.

I love this chair. Being short 5'0" and having the swoop to my back i do this chair is just right for me. Most other chairs are either to large seated making me sit at an odd knees still on seat dangling feet look and/or can not be adjusted short enough for me. Definitely recommend this chair to everyone. My boyfriend is 5'10" and he has no issues using it on occasion as well. Back is easy to adjust up and down. So is the position of the arms seat (both up down forward or backwards) and the tilt to the back of the chair ^_^.

Great chair - would have been nice if literature stated that it came with hard wheels for carpet and to put onto a hard floor or plastic floor protector you should have the soft wheel - extra cost but worth it.
