This is a great office chair. It was easy to assemble and all the chair functions worked as advertised. It is obviously a well engineered piece of equipment.

First let me say that I love the way this chair feels. After about a week of ownership it started to creek when I would lean back. I called support and they helped me troubleshoot the issue and promptly sent a replacement back for the chair. After another week the same thing began happening. I called support again. This time they sent me a new bottom and piston thinking that the noise could be coming from somewhere else in the chair. It still makes the same noise. I just don't know where to go from here. I have no way to return the chair now because it has been over 30 days. I hate spending over $300 for something that I have had to take apart twice and put together three times. My time is very valuable to me and the companies I work for...it shouldn't be spent tracking down issues like this. It definitely shouldn't be spent taking apart and putting together chairs that are this expensive over and over again. Big points for the support team! Negative points on quality.

I spent $750 on an X chair and I like this one better. The lumbar support is great and the mesh seat and back and spongy but not hot like other chairs. They have bit of give. Since working from home I need one chair for home got this chair for working from our cottage. Less fatigue at the end of the day. Nice chair.
