This chair was slightly out of my preferred price range but I don't regret spending more. The back support feels great but most importantly my sciatic nerve pain is decreasing. The 5-10 hr sitting rating feels accurate. Aesthetically it's not bulky and blends in with my other furniture better than most office chairs (great for a living room/home office). The silence is impressive too I glide across my wood floor without a squeak.

Realistically I can always find something negative about companies I deal with but it's hard to find anything negative about Staples. The chair I bought is great.

Back Height Adjustment does not work

As a shorty who sits at a desk all day I needed a chair with an adjustable back height to help with lumbar support. When I originally looked at the chair in store the store rep explained that the back height adjustment pin was missing which was why the back would not lock in place. A few weeks later my husband purchased a brand new in box chair for me as a gift. Well the back height adjustment does not work and there are no accessable pins to hold it in place. I am very disappointed and will likely be returning the chair.

Back comfort at last

I have tried so many office chairs that it isn't funny. I immediately loved this chair when I sat in it. I didn't even have to adjust it. I sit at a computer all day long and have a lot of back problems. I have used it for one week and so far so good. I also have short legs and had a hard time getting a chair to go low enough for my feet to sit flat on the floor. This chair has so many adjustments so you can get the right fit for you. So worth the price. Love it.
