Mostly great chair

Among the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in...perfect for work. The one problem is the moveable arm rests which move around when you are touching the chair for other reasons like trying to help yourself out of the chair or just moving the chair around. The wheels only help when you are moving away from the desk to get up but the back of the chair is not steady enough to hold on to when you move it. Hard to explain.

Just had back operation and can't sit for longer than 20 minutes. This chair has helped me get back to work. Not full time but this chair has made it possible for me to sit longer than with any other chair!

Good chair. Instructions are horrible.

I'm normally pretty good with assembly but this was unnecessarily difficult. It was very challenging and not well outlined how to use both saucer and screw when attaching the arm holders to the main base of the chair. Final product a good one but assembly was poorly outlined; a disappointing start.
