Honestly the best office chair I've ever had. The support is unmatched by others. I don't understand the people who rated this anything less than a 5 star product. No more back pain after 10-12 hour days at the office.

The chair has a very nice presentation but if you need to spend 8 hours a day sitting on this chair it is not comfortable. I don’t get any back support except for the lumbar area. Then it feels like your sitting on bricks after several hours. There’s no cushion softness or support for your rear end. No worth the money I spent.

I was approved through work (with a Doctors note) to select a chair of my choice since I work 9 hours days and most of that is spent sitting. I selected this chair after trying it out in store. It is very comfortable and has helped my lower back issues tremendously. I am beyond happy that I selected this chair.

I was looking for a chair that was as comfortable as a much higher priced name brand chair. I'm short and this mesh back and mesh seat chair is perfect. I really like the ability to make many adjustments to fit my preferences. I've purchased this chair twice now with two different employers! Love it.

Very versatile comfortable and supportive. The arms do not lock into place. That is my only problem. Unfortunately that means if you put your hands on the arm rest to get up you could injure yourself when the arm moves.

Comfy chair with lots of support

Have owned the TM1500 for a couple of weeks. I read that there was a strong odor and wsa prepared for the worse but there was none. The chair went together easily - about 35 minutes - spent 10 minutes chasing a dropped washer. It adjusts like a easily. The parts are very durable and has a bit of weight to them meaning a quality product with quality parts. I am happy with the chair. replaced one of the over stuffed models that went uncomfortable after a while. this one has a lot of support.
