After returning three this was the one. The cushion bottom is a little softer but the lumber support doesn’t got as high as on the mesh chair and the cushion also makes you a bit taller so the mesh bottom one is the best.

Awesome Chair. Try one for yourself at Staples as they have them on the sales floor. It was by far the most comfortable chair of all the models. I am so very glad I purchased it. You can tell it is quality made and it is backed by a nice extended warranty. I always look to the negative reviews for insight and I can tell you I don't understand what some are expecting - one complained about the smell (they have a sensitivity of course but this shouldn't discourage you - didn't bother me at all - its new) another about the arms not being adjustable (yet they are)... anyway go try it for yourself and see what you think - good luck.

Good support for your back and easy assembly

For the price this chair is well made and worth its weight. It comes in a large box which is cumbersome but it is already mostly assembled. There is a total of 9 bolts that have to be screwed in and that's about it. I saw it in store but the box would not fit in my car so I had them ship it. Shipping was free and it came to my front door next day. If you cannot move the box well assemble the chair or take the individual pieces out of the box they aren't too heavy singularly. Great Chair plan on buying another for my home office.

Chair broke after 14 day return policy. Had to go through a hassel of having parts shipped to me and disassembling then reassembling it. I would never buy this chair again and Staples return policy is a joke. I will also never buy from Staples.
