Overall chair is pretty good. But in a "Professional Series" I expected infinite settings for seatback recline (there are only three) and I expected infinite settings for adjusting the lumbar support (there are only three). I guess its worth $275.00 but its no great bargain--worth 4 stars I suppose.

This is easily a 4-5 star chair if it weren't for the armrests. The armrests are super adjustable which is awesome but they won't stay in place. The slightest horizontal movement will cause them to readjust. They need a way to lock them once positioned.

I ordered the mesh chair 1500TM. I chose to put it together myself which was very easy as they supply the tool to do it. The seat surface is a little restrictive due to the rubberized mesh so it tends to grab bulky fabric. Still give it a five star as I spend hours at a time in it at the computer. It flexes with your weight change.

Recently purchased this chair to replace the last chair that I purchased from Staples. This chair is so much more comfortable even though it is a mesh chair. The mesh is actually very comfortable providing air room to breath when sitting in the chair for long period of time. Also the back support seems to be very sturdy and supportive after sitting in an uncomfortable chair at work all day coming home to this chair is wonderful. We will have to see how long it lasts though?
