I work in a home office and spend 8-10 hours a day in front of my computer. This seat is very comfortable encourages proper posture and provides excellent lumbar support. If I had it to do all over again the only thing I'd have have done differently is to purchase the version of this seat with the mesh back and a fabric bottom as the mesh bottom is less comfortable.

For 4 months I searched for a chair that I could sit in that didn’t kill my back. I didn’t want to spend as much money as this one cost but it was the only one I found that I could sit in without great discomfort. The staples website had it for $299 and the store honored that price. It was worth the price. I had the store assemble.
