At least so far. We’ve only had it a few weeks but hubby says it is comfortable and much sturdier than previous chairs he’s had.

Staples Pro Series chair is excellent. It's the lumbar support that really makes it a winner for me.

Chair wheels won’t connect to bottom. No have to return to staples to see if they can either get wheels to attach or replace with another chair. Called help desk and I’m not the first person this has happened to.

I tried many chairs in various stores and this one easily stood out. It provides good support and it looks nice in front of my computer. Some reviewers mentioned they wished they had gotten the version with the fabric seat and I almost did. Since I don't have AC in my house I wanted to stay cool. I got the version with all mesh including the seat and I find it very comfortable. The mesh is soft and not scratchy even when you are wearing shorts. I ordered online and had the chair delivered which I highly recommend because the box is large and heavy.

Lumbar support that was advertised to be adjustable… is NOT adjustable. Otherwise it’s good.
